Aakash-cheapest tablet Computer

Features of Aakash Tablet PC:
Processor: 600MHz ,
RAM 256MB and
OS: Android 2.2
Touchscreen, SD card slot fitted with a 2GB card, support up to 32GB
Two USB ports, Wi-Fi Connectivity, Video conferencing, 3-hour battery life
Unfortunately it is not available for everyone. It will be distributed among “Poor” students by Government.
Retail version of this tablet is UBISLATE7 whose price will be little higher, i.e Rs.2999.00. UBISLATE7 will launch by November.

I need help looking for a nice but cheap tablet which I intend to use for Digital Painting in Photoshop. I am looking for a one that is very nice but under $100. Anyone know of any?
